Life with my little monkey Dawn feels like raising a child. Today, she did not allow me to go home. She held on, watching me closely, as if she was afraid I might leave and not come back. I softly asked, “Dawn, how can I get your permission?” It may sound funny, but in that moment, her feelings were very real to me.
I stayed a little longer, spending time with her, letting her feel safe and loved. Sometimes animals just need reassurance. When we slow down and share those quiet moments, we understand each other better. Dawn enjoyed being close, and I appreciated that connection too. It reminded me that love and trust take time and patience.
People in the USA and all over the world truly care about animals. Supporting kindness, respect, and responsible care is important, just like the positive values encouraged on Facebook. We should always treat animals with compassion and share good, uplifting stories that inspire others.
